Which country can I get delivered to?

Our products are delivered to European Union member countries, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and the United States.

Is delivery free?

Zone 1: Metropolitan France
We offer delivery to a collection point for all purchases and home delivery for purchases over €150.
Standard home: €8
Relay point: free

Zone 2: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands
We offer standard delivery for purchases over €150.
Standard home: €10

Zone 3: Austria, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Ireland

What is the delivery time?

Orders placed before 12pm (French time) are shipped the same day.

After dispatch, delivery times can vary between 2 and 5 business days, except in special circumstances. During peak periods such as sales or Christmas, delivery times may increase. This is exceptional, and we will notify you if this is the case.

Has my order been shipped?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its progress. All orders are shipped by our carrier and are fully traceable, thanks to the tracking link we send you. You can contact them if you have any questions about your shipment.

I haven't received my order. What should I do?

We invite you to first contact the carrier and then our customer service via the contact form .

Hercule Studio cannot be held responsible for late delivery due solely to the customer's unavailability after the carrier has offered several appointments. In the event that the package must be returned to the warehouse, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund.

Will I pay customs duties on my order?

It depends on your situation. We ship orders from France. Therefore, some destinations may apply customs duties when importing French products. To this end, we encourage you to consult the customs policy of the country of delivery. As such, Hercule Studio cannot be held responsible for import fees associated with an order.

Returns

What is the return policy?

Hercule Studio has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 business days from the delivery date of your order to return it to our returns center for a refund.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer depending on their shipping zone.

Zone 1, €10: Metropolitan France
Zone 2, €12: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands
Zone 3, €15: Austria, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ireland
Zone 4, €25: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Malta, Norway, Romania, French overseas departments and territories (excluding the United Kingdom: return at the customer's expense)

How to make a return?

If you would like to make a return, please contact us via our contact form and we will be happy to assist you. Please include your order date and order number. Upon receipt of your return request, we will contact you to provide you with a return label to be printed and affixed to the original box .

What are your reimbursement deadlines?

We will refund your order within 3 to 10 business days from the date of receipt. Upon receipt of the package, we will check all items before accepting your return and authorizing the refund. The refund will be issued via the payment method chosen for the order. The customer will be credited with the following amount: the price of the returned product(s) less the return shipping costs, depending on the shipping zone.

I received a damaged package / one that does not match my order, what should I do?

If you receive a damaged package or if the item does not match your order, we encourage you to keep it safe and take photos of the box. You can then contact our customer service via the contact form to obtain a return slip within 14 days of receiving the package.

Yoga mat: Hercules uses natural rubber, a biodegradable and environmentally friendly material

Energizing sanitizing scented spray:
Formulated with 95% natural essential oils. We use 100% plant-based organic wheat alcohol. We do not use artificial colors or preservatives.

Although natural, some essential oils may contain allergenic molecules. If you are concerned about an essential oil allergy, we encourage you to consult the list of ingredients in our formula before using the product.
